The panel discussion on the turning point in German foreign and security policy in the rooms of the German Council on Foreign Relations was well attended. Dr Daniela Schwarzer, Dr Hans-Peter Bartels and Prof Dr Joachim Krause discussed, among other things, the role of scenarios in preparing for political surprises such as Brexit and how Germany's leading role in the future European structure could be shaped. Such strategic issues in the face of current international political change will also be addressed in the SIRIUS magazine. Visitors had the opportunity to pick up the first printed copies and gain their first impressions of the magazine.
