The SW&D Executive Board consists of three honorary members, including the Chairwoman of the Executive Board, who also acts as Managing Director. The Board of Trustees develops and implements the foundation's long-term strategic goals and represents SW&D as a direct point of contact.

The SW&D Advisory Board, founded in 2022, offers the Executive Board an active exchange on scientific, foundation and organisational issues. Experts have been recruited for this body to support the foundation not only with their expertise, but also as sparring partners for practical issues.

The dedicated employees are at the heart of SW&D. Together with the Executive Board and management, they work to fulfil the aims and objectives of the foundation so that SW&D and its facilities have a positive impact on our community.
