We provide information on the Foundation's diverse activities in our annual activity report. On the one hand, 2017 was characterised by consolidation: the Institute for Parliamentarism Research (IParl) underwent an intensive field research phase with the investigation of candidate nomination by the parties for the 2017 Bundestag elections. The Institute for Security Policy (ISPK) was able to further intensify its research work in the four departments thanks to the Foundation's funding. On the other hand, we ventured into the German-speaking academic publication space with the launch of the journal SIRIUS - Zeitschrift für Strategische Analysen.
